Vehicle Overview
Corvette Sting Ray Split window 1963 for sale
Exterior: The Corvette C2 Sting Ray split window 1963 that we have for sale here is just a stunning-looking car driving down the road. The silver paintwork is very close to perfect despite some years of use. Wheels and tyres are new and personally I think this is the best-looking wheel for the Corvette C2. For a 60-year-old fiberglass car, all the panels on this car fit very well. The doors close easily and the panel gap is good. All the very special glass on this Corvette split window is free from scratches and the rubber/chrome trim keeping it in place is in excellent condition.
Interior: The seats are in dark blue American leather (vinyl). There is a typical loop style carpet in blue. Behind the seats, you have a large space to put your bags when you take the Corvette for those long Grand Touring trips. Seating position is comfortable and there is space also for tall drivers. Plenty of cool little chromed switches and gauges on the dashboard to give you that sixties airplane feeling.
Engine: A Corvette Sting Ray Split window is gorgeous to look at. However, it is when you put in the first gear and pop the clutch, you understand what this car is all about. The rumble is very satisfying and not too loud. A five-speed gearbox makes this car a proper Grand Tourer.
History: The Corvette split window was in Sweden for a very long time and is a well-known car here. It was then exported to Denmark and came back to Sweden again in 2021. It had one owner here since. The Corvette Split window is today in the original colour combination of Sebring Silver with dark blue interior. If you have a Corvette Sting Ray split window that you would like to sell, please let us know here.
