Jaguar XK 150

Jaguar XK 150 FHC 1961 for sale

Have a look at this fantastic car! It started its life on the 6th of September back in 1960 and it was shipped off to the state of Tennessee in America. It stayed here until the 4th of May 1990 when it was sold to Chris Nannen in Hamburg Germany. Mr. Nannen had the car restored with no expense spared. The restoration was carried out between 1993-1995. The work was done by Solent Vintage Engineering in U.K. The cost of the restoration was 75,500 pounds sterling. After this work done, the car has covered approximately 2,500km. The car still looks and drives like new. The car has now settled in after the restoration and is in a wonderful state. Mechanically perfect and with a very small hint of patina.

The car came to Sweden in 2006 and has been meticulously maintained by a Jaguar enthusiast since.  This car is fully documented. With that I do not mean just some useless papers thrown in the glove box. I mean there are all the bills and copies of all registration documents from former countries, original handbook etc.

This is one of the very last Jaguar 150 XK FHC that was built! It is today exactly like when it was delivered in Cotswold blue with dark blue leather and carpets. It is very nice color combination for the model.

The engine has a triple weber setup and this is said to be original for this car. It sounds and runs fantastic. The compression on this car is 8kg instead of 7 on the original cars (S specification).
